Observatory Gardens
Observatory Gardens
On rare occasions we have had the privelige to work on some projects that have significant historic importance.
Observatory Gardens derives its name from the observatory that Sir James South, Astronomer, built on the site. At one time the observatory contained the largest telescope in the world.
Working closely with the developer, we were appointed at a very early stage to review the potential of the property prior to purchase.
We developed the technical design ,assisting in securing Landlords Consent for internal alterations. We also worked closely with Jo Hamilton Interiors to incorporate the interior design vision into the technical design and monitored delivery to assist the contractor to realise the project.
