Internal re-imagining of existing commerical premises to create a contemporary office environment.

Having developed a successful on-line business established in 2004 delivering schoolbooks to the Irish market, the growth of the business, our clients required expansion resulting in a relocation into a larger premises.

Once our client had identified a potential site, we were appointed to undertake a design feasibility. Initial discussions focused on developing a brief which responded to a clear understanding of the client’s needs. Concept designs were prepared to clarify the look and feel of the space including a re-imagining of the interior to maximise daylight while creating quiet areas for concentrated work, larger spaces for collaborative working and a social zone for relaxation and creative discussion.

Once the detail design was completed, we were appointed to obtain all statutory approvals and permissions, prepare the technical design, obtain competitive tenders from the market and administer the contract to completion and handover.
